We Won an Award!

We became inseparable; we were always together. If you saw one of us, the other was close by. One time we had a substitute teacher, and she asked if we were twins because we were together so much. Do we look alike? Not. Even. A. Little. Besides that, it showed how close we were. From the start, we were basically destined to be co-authors. Yes, we did every school assignment/partner work together, but specifically our writing. We always went above and beyond in our English class when it had to do with storytelling. Our personalities complimented each other so well, even in our work. So, from 5th grade on, we continued that passion. In 2019/2020, COVID hit. We joked about writing a book together during our many facetime calls throughout the quarantine (trying to cure our boredom). We said it for just faex and giggles. And here we are...it's not a joke anymore. January 29th, 2021 we started brainstorming a story. At the time, we did not expect it to become what it is now...only a few days away from being published. Once March 2nd, 2021 came along, we started officially writing Empire: To Earth and Back. And over a year later, we had our first published novel! And now Book 2 “Empire: At Esprit’s Core” is published! But there's still plenty more to come...
